Data Syncing & Integration
From $680 AUDSetting up all the syncing — bringing your data into one centralised database. Cost depends entirely on how much data you have, how many services, and how complex the integrations are.
Option A: Replace your SaaS
Migrate away from multiple platforms entirely and vibe-code your own front-end systems. Yes, it can actually be done — you can ditch your SaaS. All your data lives in one place, fully under your control, and AI can read and write to everything.
Option B: Keep your platforms
Keep some or all of your existing systems while leveraging centralised data + AI for reporting, building new apps, and cross-platform intelligence. This is trickier because data is constantly synced from your other platforms — meaning updates need to happen at the source.
Honest disclosure: Data syncing and integration is the most challenging aspect of the entire process. If you're keeping existing platforms and syncing data from them, complexity can increase significantly. This is exactly why the initial business analysis above is critical — without it, costs can blow out, systems get complex, and staff get frustrated.
